Brannon Russell in her cute little pink helmet will be raising money for The American Cancer Society.

We are proud to announce that Brannon Russell will have her piggy bank at Texas Mudfest raising money once again for The American Cancer Society.  Her mother known as Texas Cat Girl will be selling banner spots at Texas Mudfest with 100% of the banner sales money going to The American Cancer Society in her daughters name.  This is a great way for businesses, ATV Clubs, and ATV Teams to get great advertising for an even better cause.  Her number is 903-352-0616 for anyone who is interested. 

   When Brannon was 3 years old, she wanted to know why she didn't have a Grandpa.  Her Momma and Daddy sat her down and explained to her that one of her Grandpa's died in a car wreck.  Brannan could understand a car wreck, but Brannon couldn't understand her other Grandpa dieing of colon cancer.  When she went to an AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY meeting, she was given a piggy bank and told she could help out just by putting money in her piggy bank.  The first year at the young age of 3 she raised over $600.  The next year she raised an little over $1200.  The following year she did even better with a total of over $2500.  She is not stopping there!  Brannon has said "I will keep raising money until no one will ever have to here those bad words, I am sorry you have cancer."  As Brannon always says, "If I can do it, you can do it too!"  Brannon has a goal of raising $5000 this year.

New this year are 2 events that are sure to be a BIG hit.  We have built a brand new MUDDA-CROSS pit for the first MUDDA-CROSS races at GATOR RUN ATV PARK.  The MUDDA-CROSS races will be run friday night under the lights for an exciting start to the weekend.  Also new this year are the SAND DRAG races using the existing sand course at GATOR RUN.

TEXAS MUDFEST 2008 will again have KING CRUNCH and EL MATADOR performing two shows daily. This year will be bigger and better than last year.

CHAMPIONSHIP MUD RACING will be holding the first MUD RACE of the 2008 point season.  Be sure to bring out the whole family.  Gator Run ATV Park has a lot of mud and dry trails.   New this year is the FRIDAY NIGHT MUDDA-CROSS event held under the lights and the MUDFEST SAND DRAG races held after the atv mudbog events.

If you were at Spring MUDFEST 2007 you would remember these wild action shots of KING KRUNCH and EL MATADOR. These are the same MONSTER TRUCKS seen on the TV. David Smith has promised an even better show this year.
